Their service for online ordering is awful. They also have system issues with personal records which potentially is in breach of GDPR. I made an order and the system for some reason retrieve my old residential address and set it as default. I can never understand why my old address from 5 years ago is somehow live again in their system as my default address. Having ordered a few times since I moved 5 years ago without any issue, I just clicked through to payment. When I received the delivery notification which states my old address, I contacted them via whatsapp immediately. The staff sent a blank message to say it's my fault and the items have left their warehouse so they can't do anything. And given it's my fault for not checking the address, they won't do anything for me. I then asked how I can contact the courier to make the correction. Before an item is delivered, you can always divert the delivery. No response. To call themselves "luxury beauty retailer", the service they provide for online ordering is completely below the belt.

Received my package today box was completely sealed however, the product was missing and I was just sent an empty box however got in touch with Space Nk and I spoke to a really helpful lady Amanda (I think) and she is going to send a replacement out.

Absolutely amazing customer service when I had some issues with my delivery. They did everything they could to help, and were really helpful with so many queries. All of that on top of that, the products are gorgeous! In a time when many companies are struggling, Space NK have proven that you can still maintain excellence

Excellent service ordered a gift card by mistake as they don’t usually refund I thought I had lost the money but I told them it was a genuine mistake I thought it was a general gift card not a store card. They refunded my money almost immediately, they were so good!

Customer service answered the same das every time I wrote to them. They always answered very nice and competent. Lovely people!

Very good service. The service team will definitely reply within 24 hours. After my parcel failed to arrive, they replaced my order. The price of the product is very compatible. Excellent service, now my favorite online skin store.

I got 2 hourglass blush and palette in separate orders and BOTH came used and swatched. During a pandemic you'd think they'd make sure they are not sending returned items but they are. It says so in their returns procedure that people can "lightly use" products and return them (ref: online & dispatch notes sent with order). I am only speculating that they then sell these again as I received clearly swatched items in separate orders. Their customer service were not helpful, at first only offered a replacement or a credit note (not mentioning that people are entitled to get their money back). Secondly, how can they ensure that the replacement will be untouched if this happened twice? I expected better from Spacenk as I always thought their customer service was fantastic. Will be shopping somewhere else like look fantastic (very good customer service) and cultbeauty (better prices and discounts)

Good experience with shopping and nice customer service. But I think the order viewing page could be shown with more details, like add an entry to track package. It's difficult to check infomation in those all same fonts. I think it's better to make some info like product name in bold.
